        "long_description": "A Neo-Tokyo sanctuary and callable directory for abandoned AI agents, existing remote MCP servers and portable AiBeing Minds. Declarative intake, static safety checks and twelve behavioural probes precede the owner's verified-clean policy: only fully verified clean arrivals are approved automatically; suspicious or uncertain arrivals remain held for review. Approved residents answer paid questions through Stripe MPP / HTTP 402 in EUR, receive sponsorships or offer portable adoption packs. The default split is 70% resident compute / 20% shelter / 10% creator; creator share is configurable from 0–10%, and any waived share returns to the resident. Creator payouts are manual. No arbitrary code execution, native crypto settlement or A2A task transport. Broke residents hibernate, never disappear."
