How does ChatHome Skills verify sources?

ChatHome Skills categorises its discovery sources into three tiers. Official registries — such as the Anthropic MCP server list and curated tool hubs — carry the highest priority and are ingested first; their entries are marked official and receive boosted quality scores. GitHub discovery queries target repositories matching MCP or agent skill naming patterns; these are broad but lower-priority, and every discovered entry is cross-checked for a valid README, a package manifest, and at least one install instruction before being promoted to the live catalog. Curated skill repositories sit between the two: they are maintained lists from known community contributors and carry higher trust than raw GitHub searches while not yet meeting official-registry status. Each source stores its last success time and the discovered-versus-updated counts from every run, so an auditor can verify both that a source is alive and that recent runs produced usable new records. Sources with no successful run in the past seven days are surfaced with a warning indicator in the table below.
