Use pathfinder to break a big idea down into an architecture and a plan across several sessions — decomposing a system into components, deciding how those components interact, then going deeper one level at a time. Use when a project or feature is too large for one session, a system needs decomposing or a roadmap, or design work keeps drifting into implementation detail too early. It charts scoped tickets on the issue tracker and writes docs; it never writes application code.

It fixes a destination, then descends one **altitude** at a time — intent, then parts, th.

Repository-grounded threat modeling that enumerates trust boundaries, assets, attacker capabilities, abuse paths, and mitigations, and writes a concise Markdown threat model. Trigger only when the user explicitly asks to threat model a codebase or path, enumerate threats/abuse paths, or perform AppSec threat modeling. Do not trigger for general architecture summaries, code review, or non-security design work.
