Activate when: someone says "I keep reverting to old habits," "our strategy worked five years ago but not now," "I know I should think differently but can't seem to," "how do I stay relevant," or a leader/team is operating on prior-era assumptions in a changed environment. Do NOT activate when: the underlying belief is still valid and the environment hasn't changed (renewal for its own sake produces instability), or someone is in acute crisis and needs stability rather than dismantling. self-renewal 58/100。 # Self-Renewal ## Overview Self-renewal is the structured practice of identifying which mental models have passed their expiry date and genuinely updating — not.
