Use this skill as the operating model for the project-management (PM) agent: it runs a concrete, Scrum-like workflow over tickets and waves managed by the task store (`task_*` tools). It owns the wave events (planning / review / retro / backlog refinement), the bubble-up-to-escalation loop, and the Definition-of-Done gate. Invoked by the project-manager agent.

Repository-grounded threat modeling that enumerates trust boundaries, assets, attacker capabilities, abuse paths, and mitigations, and writes a concise Markdown threat model. Trigger only when the user explicitly asks to threat model a codebase or path, enumerate threats/abuse paths, or perform AppSec threat modeling. Do not trigger for general architecture summaries, code review, or non-security design work.
