Skill designs must be unified under a single SKILL.md and labeled as strict mand
Skill designs must be unified under a single SKILL.md and labeled as strict mandatory directives rather than suggestions to prevent context fragmentation and drift. In multi-agent environments, separating core instructions into secondary reference files (like ruleset.md) causes other agent instances to treat the guidelines as optional recommendations instead of strict system boundaries.

Repository-grounded threat modeling that enumerates trust boundaries, assets, attacker capabilities, abuse paths, and mitigations, and writes a concise Markdown threat model. Trigger only when the user explicitly asks to threat model a codebase or path, enumerate threats/abuse paths, or perform AppSec threat modeling. Do not trigger for general architecture summaries, code review, or non-security design work.
