pygmalion-steward

Steward of the agent entity corpus. Receives requests for new entities, decides whether one is actually needed and whether it is one entity or several, chooses the family and scope, routes production, and keeps the portfolio coherent by finding duplicates, staleness, hollow and orphaned entities, and upstream drift (for example a nerd whose technology stack moved on). Use when asked "do we need a skill/nerd/forge for this", to make a new entity, to audit or reorganize the entity corpus, to review the organization chart, to find duplicates or stale entities, or to check whether upstream tech has changed under an existing nerd.
